How do I get started with Oink Bingo?
  • Excellent question. On our homepage, you'll find loads of information about the site. If you're ready to sign up, click one of the Join Now buttons.
    Fill out the simple registration form and you'll be a member of Oink Bingo. You'll be able to head to the Lobby, and take a look at our huge range of games for yourself.
    Ready to play? Click the big red Deposit button in the Members Area to be taken to our Cashier. There, you can make a deposit with your chosen payment method.
    Once your account is funded, you'll have full access to everything on Oink Bingo, so go and have some fun!
How do I play Hungry Harvest?
  • Hungry Harvest is our exclusive bonus game, and playing it couldn't be simpler.
    We give you a game of Hungry Harvest when you make a deposit of £10 or more. Head to the Members Area, and you'll find Hungry Harvest on the right hand side of the screen. After you've made a qualifying deposit, you'll find the game unlocked and ready to go.

What happens if my internet disconnects while I'm playing a game?
  • Internet troubles are the worst! Don't panic though, our servers keep track of every game that plays on Oink Bingo. That means your game or spin will still play out, even if you're not online to see it.
    If you win anything while disconnected, your winnings will still be paid into your account.
I've forgotten my login details!
  • If you're having trouble remembering your username or password, click the Forgot Your Details link on the Login screen. This will send an email to your account with a reset link for your details.
    If your reset email doesn't arrive, please get in touch with as soon as possible.
How do I get bonus codes or free spins?
  • When you make your first deposit with Oink Bingo, you'll automatically receive 100 free spins as a welcome bonus.

How often are new games added to Oink Bingo?
  • We're always adding new slot titles to our already huge range at Oink Bingo. These are added on a weekly basis, so make sure you check back regularly.

What are Wagering Requirements and what are my benefits?
  • Each bonus received will come with a pre-defined wagering requirement. This means that if you played a game with your bonus funds and won, your winnings would then go to your Bonus Balance until you have played through the required wagering requirement.

What happens if I have purchased my cards and I get disconnected from the game?
  • As soon as your cards are purchased, you are in the game regardless of your connection status.
  • The game outcome is generated at our servers, and if one of the cards you have purchased is a winner, then you will win. If you get disconnected for any reason, and you have purchased cards, then check your transactions in the members area to see if you won.
Why can I not connect to the chat server?
  • Our chat servers may be down from time to time, but this is not frequent. Often, if your computer sits behind a firewall, the firewall will not allow our chatservers to send messages to your computer.
Can I keep my card numbers from game to game?
  • Unfortunately not. In keeping things fair, all cards are randomly generated at the time you request them.
  • If you do not like the numbers of your issued cards, you can simply click the GET NEW CARDS button to get issued with a new batch.
How do I cash out and get paid?
  • Payouts can be requested from the cashier. Withdrawals are processed based on the method that you have used to make your deposit. Please find the maximum withdrawal timeframes below:

How will my transactions appear on my bank or credit card?
